Retail parks are no longer defined solely by supermarkets, fashion stores and restaurants. Across Europe, healthcare providers are becoming increasingly important tenants as developers seek to transform retail parks into community hubs.
Villa Nova has expanded its presence at Vis à Vis Wilanów, extending the presence of Villa Nova Dental Clinic while opening a second facility, Villa Nova Orthodontics. Together, the two clinics now occupy 1,435 square metres of medical space within the retail park.
The newly opened Villa Nova Orthodontics aims to become one of the largest and most technologically advanced orthodontic centres in Europe, offering comprehensive treatment for children, teenagers and adults through an interdisciplinary approach that combines orthodontics with implantology, aesthetic dentistry and periodontology.
Located on Przyczółkowa Street in Warsaw’s rapidly growing Wilanów district, Vis à Vis Wilanów offers 4,300 square metres of leasable space across 17 retail, service and food outlets.
The retail park hosts brands including Decathlon, Hebe, MAX Premium Burgers, RTV EURO AGD, Sakana Sushi & Sticks, ZooZoo.pl and DESEO. The retail park is currently fully leased.
